Check-in: Friday, May 3rd, 2013 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the V1 Training Center

1- Official aausports.org tournament roster
2- Signed AAU Medical/Emergency Release Form Verification

13s/14s/15s will be on May 4th
16s/17s will be on May 5th
Entry Fee: $300.00
Registration: Please go to www.advancedeventsystems.com to register your team in the tournament. You will not be officially entered into the tournament until your entry fee is received by the VolleyOne office. Note the roster entered through AES will not be used as the official tournament roster. An official, AAU roster, printed from aausports.org will be required to be turned in at tournament check-in.
Spectator: $5.00 daily admission. Children 8 & under are free. No tables or food allowed inside of facility.
Age Groups/Waves: 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s, 18s
Format: Pool Play Saturday. Single Elimination Tournament Sunday. Pool play will be played in two waves: AM/PM
Refereeing Responsibilities: Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, libero tracket, and two line judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.
Requirements: Teams must be AAU Registered. All coaches must have Medical Forms with them at all times for each of their players.
